Acupuncture in Bristol

"Give acupuncture a go!"
Even if you are needle phobic like me, just do it! You'll be amazed!
Parenting and home educating our special children requires a lot of energy, and if we really want to help them learn and flourish we need to be in good shape ourselves. So, if you're feeling run down, do try acupuncture! And if you live in and around Bristol, I'd recommend Alan Peck, at the Centre for Whole Health. Tel: 0117 923113

"Acupuncture is used to restore and maintain health; it works by re-balancing our body's energy flow. It can alleviate digestive and nervous problems, back and joint pains, headaches, menstrual and menopausal problems and also help us to cope with everyday stresses. Acupuncture treats body/mind/spirit as a whole."

Really, the only problem is the anticipation of pain - but actually it doesn't hurt! And the results are fantastic!
