Settling the Mind



The retreat consisted of teachings, meditation sessions and periods of discussion. It was mainly about "setting the mind in its natural state", being mindful of "the space of the mind and all mental phenomena that arise from moment to moment, observing them without distraction and without grasping." As a result, obsessive thoughts subside and we attain a sense of well being and peacefulness.
