Home-schooling must be brought under Government control, says a Government-backed report. More here.

Alaska — If Alaska parents want to home-school their child, no paperwork needs to be filed, no phone call made. No one need be told. As for the student, no specific subjects need to be studied, no number of hours need be logged behind a desk, no tests taken.
